1. How to Cancel
You may cancel your purchase options at any time by logging into your account dashboard, navigating to the "Manage Subscriptions" or "Purchase Options" section, and selecting "Cancel." Alternatively, you can contact our support team at njengwea@icloud.com at least 12 hours before your next scheduled billing date to request a cancellation.
2. Timing
To avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle, please ensure your cancellation request is submitted at least 12 hours before the scheduled renewal date. Requests received after this window will apply to the following billing cycle.
3. Refunds and Returns
Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or unused periods. If you have any issues with a recent charge or believe a cancellation was processed in error, please contact us immediately.
4. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be updated directly on this page.
